Pre-order Policy

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you pre-order a product from Bambooi Sustainable Enterprises Ltd, whether it is online or by telephone. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order and keep a copy or note for your records.

 

Placing a pre-order

Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for products (“Products”) that are not yet available for general sale from Bambooi Sustainable Enterprises Ltd. In order to place a Pre-order, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, address and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

 

Payments

Pre-order payments do not guarantee availability of the Product but represent your offer (“Offer”) to buy the Product when it is generally released for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your Offer and that your Offer is only accepted once the Pre-ordered product is despatched.

When you place a Pre-order you will need to pay the full upfront price of the Product. You may cancel your Pre-order within 14 days from your original transaction date, if you choose to cancel your Pre-order outside of this 14 day period, you may be subject to an early cancellation fee of up to £20/item.

 

Delivery

Where possible, orders will be shipped to you or be ready for collection as soon as is practicable, subject to availability. For some areas delivery will take longer. Release dates or estimated delivery dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order estimated delivery windows advertised by us.

 

Statement

Upon Pre-ordering from Bambooi Sustainable Enterprises Ltd, you (The Customer), are agreeing to help Bambooi Sustainable Enterprises Ltd (The Company) produce their product available for pre-order by providing funds that will be used for production, distribution, delivery & other necessary costs. The Customer also achnowledges, upon Pre-ordering, that Pre-orders may be subject to uncontrollable delays and that estimated delivery times may be extended or changed at any means necessary, by The Company. Although The Company will always act with The Customer's best interest at heart.

Post Delivery Warranties

Risk-free trials

Bambooi Sustainable Enterprises Ltd (The Company) may create incentives that allow you (The Customer) to trial Pre-order products within a pre-determined period. If in this period The Customer would, for any reason, like to return the product. The Customer can do so without any further incurred costs. Once the returned product has been received by The Company, an immeidate refund will be issued to The Customer, including documented additional costs. Documented additional costs are recipts, invoices and postage labels.

 

Exemptions to Risk-free trials

The Customer would not be entitled and would therefore be exempt to a Risk-free trial in the following cases:

  • • The Customer left any sort of review that used defamatory information, profanity or claims that were not discussed with The Company first.
  • •The Pre-order product i damaged in any way due to: mis-use, wrong valtage is used, Acts of God, damaged in industrial or commerical environment etc.
  • • Product has been repaired or disassembled by a person who has not been unauthorised by The Company. 
  • • Return parcel is not delivered to The Company using a tracked delivery service. The Company recommends using a Royal Mail 48 Tracked service costing between no more than £5.
  • • The Customer refuses to cooperate with The Company's feedback or offer of an extended trial of the Pre-order product given further feedback from The Company.

365 Day Warranty

Bambooi Sustainable Enterprises Ltd (The Company) offers a 365 day or 1 year warranty for all of its Pre-order products. The Company will take responsibility for maintenance, repair & replacement of defective units in this period. Please provide accurate contact information when making a warranty claim.

 

Exemptions to 365 Warranty

The Customer would not be entitled and would therefore be exempt to a 365 Warranty claim in the following cases:

  • • The Customer left any sort of review that used defamatory information, profanity or claims that were not discussed with The Company first.
